Unfortuneately I have found the only way to really get any real info on people is by paying. I have been loooking for my biological mother for about 20 years now. Even though I have her name and all that it is still very difficult to find her as I have 0 means of paying for info. You can try to look for birth and death records. Look for public records in the last known place they lived. It's a place to start and public records are sometimes online. You can try to find message boards thru places online that do geneology or stuff like that. Even tho I can't get my mother's exact address I can track her movements by looking for her name and the last known town she lived in in a yahoo search. Hope any of this helps. Mix some water with vinegar. Vinegar will kill the fleas and not your dog. Also, fill up three of four bowls of water and put it around your house, preferably around were your dog is and check all the water bowls the next day or so and you will most likely find some fleas that were jumping around that drowned in the water.

I am 2 months into my course. I have made a few friends on my course, who i can work with. But they all live at home, which is a bummer as i live in student halls. I have made no friends in my accomadation, my 3 flatmates aren't really my friends, two have come from their college together and another one already has friends elsewhere that have come from his hometown. So they are not really that sociable with me as they have friends already. Its becoming quite annoying i don't talk to anyone while in my halls, except the occional hi to flatmates. Its soooo depressing, it should give me more time for work but it doesnt i'm just sooo demotivated. i had a high expectation of uni, which i shouldnt have. Everyone i know my cousins and friends from school say uni is amazing for them clubbing, chilling with FRIENDS etc etc. but i haven't experienced that, i'm always alone and always standing and walking on my own to and fro uni. I'm just sooo demotivated. i feel like there is something wrong with me. I even had a few friends in secondary school aswell, but in primary i had loads and loads, i dunno over the years its just decreased. There has to be something wrong with me. I just cant take it anymore, i'm sooo lonely. I'm thinking that i should change uni next year, i'm in wolverhampton atm, i dunno though, or thinking of staying here and moving halls to where there are no foreigners. My four month old puppy has demodectic mange?

I have a four month old boston terrier/chihuahua mix who was saved from a puppy mill when he was about 8 weeks old. I took him straight to the vet and he had a very bad case of Coccidia and worms. He was on Albon antibiotics for a month and a half (1 cc, 2x a day) and then was switched to Flagyl for a month. I was afraid that it would mess with his natural immune abilities, and I think I was right. He developed a small bald patch about 2 weeks ago on his back right leg. I took him to the vet today and they said he had a genetic form of demodectic mange where it will progress to total hair loss and possibly death if I didnt treat it with weekly 'dips'. The problem is is that he is so young, and only 6 pounds, and I am not sure how much more his poor body can take. The 'dips' are also very costly, they plan on doing 8-12 dips at $40 a dip. I have begun using the Goodwinol ointment today, and I am supposed to rub it on twice a day. Am I treating him right? The vet says no, I am not being aggressive enough. What should I do?

Piercing Apprenticeship ?

Ill be turning 19 this summer and I'm from a small city. The piercer that I wish to apprentice under lives in a big city two hours away from me, and I am willing to move. I have never pierced anybody before and I know that's a good thing, I have no drug or alcohol problems. I currently have CPR/First Aid training and I'm waiting to take a bloodbourne pathogens course and an infection control and bio medical handling course, I'm also gonna get a hepa B boost. I created a binder with information of jewlery types and styles, anatomy, terms, placement, infection etc etc etc! I got this information from books, videos, internet and my own common sense. I also have my certificate of first aid and will be putting my other ones in there. I know that piercing apprentiships are or can be a pain in the ***, I know that there are many many people with the same dream and that I'm just another. I am a naturally hard worker and dedicated and know how to commit. This is my ultimate dream and I know that this job isn't as glamorous as it seems but I love it, I've gotten my first piercing when I turned 13 (after a lot of begging to my parents) and loved them ever since. I try to go to the city as much as I can and whenever I do I go by his shop and get a piercing done by him, he has done 4 out of 6 piercings on me. I guess he couldn't exactly call me a regular. I unfortunatley don't have a reliable vehicle that could drive on the highway for two hours and it also can't make it over 80. I would do whatever it takes to make this dream happen. What I do want to know is how do I go about asking for one, what should I say and should I bring anything with me? Should I call him and tell him about my unfortuneate situation and we could communicate distantly? Or should I find a way to get there and ask in person? When my purse was stolen I had to close my account and open a new one. I had made 3 payments 2 days earlier, and all of them went through. Unfortunately, one of the providers processed this payment two days after I had closed my account. But their online account showed the transaction had been made before the account was closed, so I didn't realize the payment was reversed by Wells Fargo b/c this payment was considered a paper check transaction, until I recieved this month's bill. Now I am being charged a $30 checking fee because of the reversal, a late fee of $35, last month's bill, and this month!!! I called the provider, and they told me to talk to my bank about the reversal. When I did, the bank rep said they couldn't do anything about it. I realize I should have notified the credit provider about the account transfer, but didn't think it necesary since the online account showed my payment thru. I'm working to pay for school right now, and can hardly afford this! Any suggestions?

My VCR never asked for a subscription, so why now?

What is the deal with TiVo. I know the whole thing about finding shows for you, but I just don't get why no other company is making DVR's. Every time I search it's always either a TiVo or DirecTV! Can't believe anyone would want the auto industry to fail. The Big 3 automakers have been losing market share for years. Consumers don't want their cars as much as they do Toyota, Honda and the competition. However, the Big 3 are stuck on stupid. They cannot seem to change to meet the demands of the market. Why pour money into a failed business plan. Since the money is partially mine, unless new management comes in (Chrysler brought in Lee Iacocca when it was having trouble), and serious union changes are made, the Big 3 can go into Chapter 11 and stay there until they get their respective acts together.

Why can't I just continue feeding my toddler formula milk?

My friends tell me that he needs to switch to regular whole milk instead of formula milk and to feed him solid foods. However, he is a picky eater and whole mlik doesn't have a complete nutrition that formula has, in addition to formula's lipids, proteins, and vitamins and minerals. So why can't I just keep him on his formula diet until he gets old enough to want to eat a balanced meal? He is 20 months old right now.

My garbage disposal just "hums". I checked the breaker box (ok), I've pushed the red restart on (nothing) I've put the wrench in the hole on the bottom--I was able to turn it clockwise a full circle, and counter-clockwise 1/2 a circle. I put the broom handle in & moved it a little each way. I SEE nothing in there. I use it very sparingly for very SMALL mushy things only! (no coffee grounds, veggies, grease, etc.) Help!

Hey, well I witnessed several symptoms that made me suspicious very early on that I may be pregnant thus, I took a pregnancy test proving I was. My most overwhelming symptom was cramping that seemed like PMS cramping so I thought my period was coming on but nothing showed, these cramps showed 7 weeks and onwards into the pregnancy. Well my reining bred colt was born this week after waiting 350 days post a breeding fee that broke the bank :-D! wow, I cannot tell you how much your story relates to mine (except for a few things) but you and I seem to have the same attitude, that we are not good enough. I take life way to seriously, I always have growing up and as a result I have only a few friends, no job and I'm doing a grad course that I'm not sure will get me any where because of my lack of involvment in anything. My cat keeps getting horrible looking insects stuck on his head?

My cat likes lazing around just about anywhere, but mostly in the flower beds. For several weeks now he has had these horrible looking blood sucking insects stuck to his head. He gets about 4 or 5 a week. My husband has to pull them out - they have wiggly legs, their body is grey and the more blood they suck the bigger their body gets - gross eh! We dab infected area with disinfectant, but am a bit worried. Could they be causing damage? They don't seem to annoy him at all. Has anyone else encountered this problem with their cat picking up parasites from outdoors? Thanks

Of what I have heard, she became bulimic, and the only thing she ate that she didn't throw up was gfruit. She actually got checked into a hospital for a few days for recovery because she went so thin. I've never known anyone else who had gotten an eating disorder from dancing, but I know tons of kids try to go on diets. It's just one of those things that girls feel like they have to do in order to succeed in the dancer's world. I personally don't get it, but I believe it's a big problem these days.

I was dizzy for a month. Then I went to the doctor and they check my blood sugar which is 56. The doctor told me to check the blood test. And everything seems to be fine. How does my story sound so far?

It was in the violet hour, on a brisk, quiet Tuesday. I was sitting on the edge of a curb, waiting. Beside me: a floral print suitcase and a brown paper bag, and clutched in my frigid hands: a book of poetry. Poetry is often a complicated, perplexing thing. And I was racking my head trying to make sense out of the poem I was reading, so I could see its beauty; see its meaning. I read it over and over, and still, I couldn’t make head or tail of it. So I closed the book, and for the moment, gave up. And just then, in the distance I could see a yellow car. My wait was over. And that yellow car-- that yellow taxicab was making its way towards me.

I am waiting to go for a root planning next week for a particular tooth. I have a gum infection that doesn't heal around that particular tooth. But not sure what's happening, I have now noticed my whole mouth feels very uncomfortable. It feels like some pressure is applying to all my teeth trying to push the teeth inward. And when that's happening, my teeth doesn't seems to fit well when biting together. The teeth are not loose though when I try to feel them with my hand. Do you have a dermatologist? If you don't, get one, if you do ask them. Also, how old are you? Acne fades away with age if you leave it alone, the more you pick the more you scar. Its a teenage problem unless you make it worse now. If the derma can't help you you dont have many more options.

Why is my 9 year old cat pooping at the entryway of her litterbox?

She used to do this when she was little if her litterbox got too full(understandable), So, i would clean it out every two days and things were fine. Why is it taking the postal service so long to deliver my package?

I ordered a package from a website the beginning of January. I have moved from northern West Virginia to northern Virginia (about 5 hours from my home). When i orderd the package, i forgot to update my address and had it sent to my home in WV. So I had my mom ship it down here. She sent it from the post office in my hometown the saturday before Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and was told it would take 7-10 business days. I had her send it because I needed it by friday of last week, and I though it would be no problem for them to get it to a destination 5 hours away within 10 business days. It has been 13 business days, and it has still not arrived. I'm really starting to get angry that I haven't gotten it yet. To make things worse, I ordered something off of e bay this past sunday from illinios, and recieved it yesterday. Why is it taking so long to get it? Every time I ask someone in the post office they just say that they haven't recieved it and they can't track the item.

Can I switch the nest of my Lovebirds?

I adopted two Lovebirds and they had a clutch of 5 eggs, I didn't time the hatching of the eggs properly and they hatched a week before I was prepared. At this time 2 eggs hatched (starting on the 8th) unfortunately the eggs and young are in a plush toy instead of a proper nesting box. My question is can I move the eggs and young into a new nesting box or is it a bad idea? The nest they are in now is really unsanitary and small and I really need to move them. Does anyone have a suggestion?

I am on addreall Xr 20 mg I have been on it for 3 weeks and the first week and a half I was sleeping on average 7 1/2 to 8 hours a night which was great after that I noticed I was really tired in the morning and it took a while for me to wake up after I took my adderall Xr 20 mg , I would even go back to sleep some times after I took my pill ! Lately I have been feeling tired most of the day! but the pill works great ! I also noticed the pill is not effective later in the day when I need it to work. Please help with these questions? I have the same problem as you and my physiotherapist told me that I have to keep the muscles in my legs strong to avoid exertion on the knees. The stationary bike and cross trainer are good to strengthen the quadiceps, but put it on a very low level. Avoid any exercises that involve twisting, jumping or running. Make sure your calfs and hamstrings don't get tight, you can stretch them by putting a book against a wall and under your toes and lean forwards against the wall. Using heat will help blood supply which will in turn help the healing process, or use ice if your knee gets swollen.

It just doesn't make sense. Just look at how complex and amazing the human body is. Do you think this could just come from nowhere? Of course not! There had to be something responsible for its existence, and we know that was evolution. Religious folks think that something infinitely more amazing and complex and intelligent than a human being could just exist from nowhere and nothing, and make a universe. How can anyone possibly believe something so absurd? If a human being can't just exist from nowhere, then it's as clear as crystal that something smart enough to create a human being certainly can't either.
