Allowance, Amount and Rules?

Well I asked my parents about an allowance earlier today and my dad said $100 a month, but I have to pay for Gifts at Birthday Parties, Christmas, Movies, Extra Events, and food I buy at restaurants. After all that i only get like $5 a week, and I am 13. Do you think I should get more, or there should be less rules? or is it just me... and please people with honest answers, not those people who go to every question of a kid and say, drop down and obey ever whim of your parents, dont say a word, get no allowance, and no gifts, earn everything you want, or else your spoiled!
