What happens in Kamichama Karin?

There are so many questions left unanswered. Like where did Kaname go?! And what about the first episode? They never told us anything about the fight in the very first episode. And they also never finished talking about their son with the bunny ears. They couldn't have finished it!!! Someone please tell me what is going on!
