Where abouts in the holy scriptures (bible) does it say Jesus was killed on a stake?

Hello, I've recently been trying to find a scripture in the bible that Jesus was on a stake when he died, not a cross. I'm an un-baptized jehovahs witness and I have looked in Reasoning from the scriptures but I just can't find it, maybe i'm not looking hard enough, but could someone help me with this?
