Am having trouble pulling lugnuts off car, was able to pull off 2 tires, no luck with other 2, help?

drivers side will unscrew clockwise, tighten counterclockwise, while the penger side will unscrew counterclockwise & tighten clockwise, any suggestions on getting the drivers side front & pengers side rear tires off, need to replace. might have to drive to shop to get them done otherwise, no brakes, not looking forward to doing such a task, needs to be done.
