Is Paul Pierce a first ballot Hall of Famer?

I would say yes because he's an nba champion. If he wasn't it would be questionable. Dominique Wilkins wasn't a fist ballot hall of famer and i found that shocking but it was probably because he never won a championship. Otherwise, it would have been a no brainer.
