Is this normal??

Is it normal to have a month long weight-loss plateau?? i've been working my off!! I've been eating healthy, varying my workout routine, working out for 30 minutes to an hour daily, varying the amount of calories I eat so as to surprise my system.. I'm pretty sure I'm doing everything right but I've weighed the same thing for a month. Help?!
