I have a relationship with a Lady who is at a much higher level than myself in our office.I being new to the?

"white collar" world of business affairs .After nearly two decades of owning my own union construction company ,with the crash,etc I accepted a trainee position at a large insurance firm .And the woman I am seeing [often] was my "trainer' and it gets much better. I began my first week of training ,tense and over-dressed always in suit and tie as I thought normal for such work. On my first day before we said "hello" my "trainer'' complimented my choice in clothing and that although policy is casual that I not change as she had plans for me to move up and may I may as well get used to her rules.As I learned my "lesson's" a random firm swat with her hand and hairbrush for not paying attention or ? would be given,and she has a good arm! is the same with me fully clothed ,always and much "tie pulling'' and her actually paddling me like a child.I'm a free spirit but by now I'm known as the "whipping boy'' by the entire office and the humiliation is as intense as the is almost. What is there if anything for me to do now? Quit and be jobless or what?
