Should I be worrying? Gum/bone/teeth?

I am waiting to go for a root planning next week for a particular tooth. I have a gum infection that doesn't heal around that particular tooth. But not sure what's happening, I have now noticed my whole mouth feels very uncomfortable. It feels like some pressure is applying to all my teeth trying to push the teeth inward. And when that's happening, my teeth doesn't seems to fit well when biting together. The teeth are not loose though when I try to feel them with my hand. It more feels like the bone supporting the teeth are shifting that make it feel like the teeth are shifting. What can this be? Any dentist out there....
