Anti frizz cream/ home remedies/ anything?

so every anti frizz thing i have tried doesn't really work... my hair is thick, curly kind of, and is about an inch or two past my shoulder... any ideas on what is the best thing to use? nothing to expensive and don't tell me the mayonnaise thing i really hate mayonnaise just the smell makes me gag.. so that is 100% out of the question. thankss
