I have a period question will you please help like more people help me?

my discharge is getting thicker/gooey/lumpy and darker than how it was 4 months ago it use to be clear and there was a little discharge but now the discharge makes my underwear wet my right shoulder ached last week,my back ached last week and i've been getting headaches alot and cramps and my are too sore to touch im 15 and never got my period yet i went to the doctors and she said its my hormones and last night when i went to the bathroom i noticed there was clear discharge with brown in it and i wiped and there was a bunch of brown discharge with clear in it and this morning i noticed there was brown little clumps of discharge in my underwear but i wiped and there was more brown clumps coming out but not alot just like a couple clumps and its been like that all day and i just went to the bathroom and i seen a brown thick line in my underwear and its not poop because i sniffed it and there was clearish/light yellowish discharge too do you think this is my period finally coming?
