Does anybody know where to find a clip of the following cartoon?

It may be a Looney Tune or Hanna Barbara cartoon. The jist of it was a comical look at the dog show. The clip I'm looking for is the one where they show the hound dog. He is standing on two feet. . and act like Elvis. He says "I ain't nothing but a hound dog". And then he does a hip gyrating dance and you here a bunch of girls scream. At the end of the cartoon a cat is dropped into the dog show. Another dog featured is the pointer setter who sit there pointing with his hand and saying "there it is. . there it is. . there it is".
