Still not sure what wrong with?

me, still no period, i'm one week past implantation, which happened the day i was supposed to get my period (april 20) took a test yesterday it was negative. took another urine test at the doc's today still negative, i have pretty much all the early symptoms of pregnancy including annoying nausea, about every single 2 hours like clock work. should i get a blood test done or wait to see if my period comes, i'm also at risk for ectopic pregnancy due to pelvic inflammatory disease, i really hope i don't have a tubal pregnancy, that's really dangerous, but i don't want to look like an idiot and not even be pregnant. its seems a lot like when i was pregnant with my son. what should i do?
