I feel like this dream might mean something, but what?

ok last night i had this dream. it was very vivid. I feel there might be something behind it. My dream. my Mom (who is deceased in real life) and I were in tahoe (i live no where near tahoe, but know thats where it was because it was so familiar), snow everywhere. We were standing in front of this cabin/restaurant bar. We looked down the road and saw a polar bear. We wanted to see it better so we walked closer to it, then I heard a noise, looked down and saw I was extremely close to a rattle snake. It was hissing and shaking the rattle to warn me how close I was, but when I started to back up it lunged at me and bit me on my left fore arm. My mom held my arm and said we needed to go to the dr. I was worried because I didn’t have insurance, but when I looked at my arm it was swelling and purple so I knew I had to go. Then I couldn’t see my mom anymore, but someone was still with me, I could hear a person but couldn’t see who it was. This person said there was a dr. right down the road. We went there and a nurse came out to see me, she had a needle and held out my arm. It was very swollen and purple, and you could see the fang marks with a clear liquid oozing out from them. The nurse took the needle and pressed it against the fang marks to release some of the liquid, then she put the needle in my arm and there was a sharp pain, the nurse said it was anti venom. I walked out of the clinic (alone now) and started up the road when I noticed I was very close again to another random snake in the road. I don’t know what kind. I thought, “o great, I am going to get bit again, I wonder if the anti venom will work for this one too”. thats it...it was weird
