I have an uncle who is a urologist in Peru, and he mentioned to me that Peru does not have requirements for disposing medical waste, but that it is a much needed service considering the global steps being taken to clean up the environment. I would like to know the process in which medical waste is disposed of ( sharps, chemo, pharmaceutical, bio hazard), and what machinery/materials are needed to process copious amounts of waste. The names of companies or brands that sell machinery would be much appreciated.
